& Expertise
My journey began in 2018 during a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course, where I discovered the power of process improvement and structured problem solving. That single course sparked a deep interest in systems thinking — and led to my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2019.

Since then, I’ve led document management construction projects as a team lead, and contracted as a technical writer, working alongside engineers and stakeholders to develop procedures, workflows, and documentation that improves clarity and consistency.

I’ve helped organizations turn complex challenges into manageable, strategic outcomes — all while focusing on communication, planning, and people-first thinking.
I believe the best information design is clear, inclusive, and grounded in real user needs.
My design process centers around:
-
Empathy — deeply understanding users’ contexts and constraints
-
Clarity — making complex data and systems accessible
-
Systems Thinking — identifying connections, inefficiencies, and opportunities
-
Accessibility — designing for everyone, not just the average user
With my foundation in project management and process strategy, I bring both creativity and structure to every project.
